STRESS - FREE RETURNS
If you don't like it, just send it back! **
There's no need to be nervous, if you find that:
— It doesn’t match your personality
— It isn’t as you imagined
— You were drunk when you ordered it
If the item is brand new/original condition, you can send it back and we will refund you no problem!! Send us a message within 7 days by clicking on the "YELLOW" tab "Contact us" at bottom right.
We accept returns of unused/new/original products with original hangtags and packaging attached.
Step 1
Send us a message within 7 days of receiving all the item by clicking on the "YELLOW" tab "Contact us" at bottom right or email us via jehouse.miri@gmail.com. Please include details below;
- Name
- Email address
- order no
- items returning
- Reason for return.
NOTE : We will reply your email within 24-48 hours.
Step 2
We will email you a FREE prepaid label(within US). Please check your SPAM or junk folder incase you did not receive email from us.
Step 3
Pack your items. Pack them securely, in the original package if possible.
Step 4
Ship it back. Note the tracking number for your records.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 days of us receiving your returned product.

SALE ITEMS
Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items, (but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault). Send us a message by clicking on the "YELLOW" tab "Contact us" at bottom right if you have questions before you buy!
Note: If a customer ordered the wrong item or wrong size or wrong color, then the customer should bear the return shipping cost.
